Each session takes 20-30 minutes. Take it at our rehab centers or at your home.
Mashing or Thai ‘Mashiatsu’ Massage is a combination of Thai Massage and Japanese Ashiatsu (which is done with the feet). Mashing is done clothed and either on a sturdy table with bars overhead or a yoga mat. Since therapists use their feet instead of hands, it can yield a deep tissue massage effect without being as painful as having a thumb or elbow put into a tight spot. It can also improve general muscle tension as it has a compressive effect, which relaxes tissues.
Stretching can yield significant pain relief, that so many Post-Covid patients think they just have to live with. Stretching should be approached as an essential stand-alone workout. After months of quarantine inertia, stretching can be a low-impact, nonthreatening gateway to a more active lifestyle, either for those who have fallen out of a fitness routine or who are interested in starting one. For people working from home, it can relieve the discomfort of working from a kitchen table and chair in a makeshift home office. And for essential workers on the front lines of the pandemic, stretching can save tired backs and reduce discomfort and stress.
Strength training is one of the best ways to fight the weakness and frailty that can arise due to COVID. Done regularly, strength training builds bone and muscle and helps to preserve strength, independence, and energy. Our exercise routines and rehab-focussed equipments have been carefully designed to be safe and effective for women and men of all ages.
